Reflecting on Dorothy Burts session on Pedagogy and Kaupapa, it was important to note and be aware of the 4A's:
- Anytime: Student centered learning 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Anywhere: No matter where you are in the world
- Any pace: Able to rewind and revisit and learn at own pace
- Anyone: Not just from a teacher standing in front of you BUT able to access experts, other teachers and also students

I can see Matt's deep dive session very useful for us as a kura developing our Te Ao Matihiko / Hangarau Matihiko policies, implemetation guides and program. I will have to spend sometime going through his slide set on Cybersmart Curriculum in order to gain a better understanding and to improve my own knowledge.
Kupu hou: Whioritia - Viral
Kī Waha for this week: Whitoritia te Atawhai! Make kindness viral!
We spent the remainder of the afternoon exploring screen recordings with Dave and creating a screen recording that we can use in the classroom. Below is a quick example of me using Showme - an iPad app similar to Explain Everything to create a quick screen recording - its not the final product of what I was working on (its still a work in progress) but an example of what is possible.
